Pistes

CoBPC play on two pistes: Queen Square and Alexandra Park.

Both pistes have their own pecularities.

Queen Square is a hard piste on a slope, the surface was redressed in summer 2009. It is in the centre of town, easily accessible to local pubs The Salamander and The Raven. It is CoBPC's original piste. Bath League de Petanque also play on it May - September.

Alexandra Park has bedded down well in its third year. It is pretty much flat but has some challenging patches! The piste is surrounded by Horse Chestnut trees and has views south of Bath. A new hedge has been planted to shield players from the wind. Refreshments are a little further away than Queen's Sqaure, the local pubs being The Devonshire (up Wellsway) and The Bear (Bear Flat).
