Pistes

CoBPC play on two pistes: Queen's Square and Alexandra Park.

Both pistes have their own pecularities.

Queen's Square is a hard piste on a slope with few stones (see background!). It is in the centre of town, easily accessible to local pubs The Salamander and The Raven. It is CoBPC's original piste. Bath League de Petanque also play on it May - September.

Alexandra Park is still bedding down as it's only a new piste. It is pretty much flat and at the moment resembles a coarse sand pit. The piste is surrounded by Horse Chestnut trees and has views south of Bath. Refreshments are a little further away than Queen's Sqaure, the local pubs being The Devonshire (up Wellsway) and The Bear (Bear Flat).
