City of Bath Petanque Club

  The City of Bath Petanque Club is the first and only club

  actually within the city itself. We heartily welcome new members

We meet in Bath’s Queen Square on Sunday afternoons from 2.30pm and on alternate Tuesday evenings from 6pm (when the Summer Bath League de Petanque is not meeting).

We also hold a Club Night in Alexandra Park in Bear Flat at 6.30pm on Mondays from when the clocks go forward to when they go back.

This club is entirely separate to the Bath League de Petanque and is intended to be for those who might be interested in becoming more seriously involved in the sport: playing in friendly and league matches against other clubs, internal club events and skills development/coaching etc.

The club has also started a Thursday Boules League for teams within 5 miles of Bath.

Membership is open to all, with juniors and non-players welcome too.

Full membership subscription for the year is £18, which includes membership of the English Petanque Association, Junior members £5, associate members £5.
